What I Offer
Discovery Call
I offer a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your health concerns, and explore how herbal medicine may support you.
Your initial appointment will last between 75 and 90 minutes and will include an in-depth assessment, covering your current and past medical history, diet, lifestyle habits, and any medications or supplements you are currently using.
If appropriate, I may also carry out a basic physical assessment, which could include checking your pulse and blood pressure or listening to your heart or lungs with a stethoscope.
We will also discuss your health priorities, what you can expect moving forward, and outline your treatment plan. Your health and wellbeing are the primary focus, and you will be actively involved in all decisions regarding your care.
I can offer dietary and lifestyle advice and provide a tailored plan to support you in achieving your health goals; however, your involvement in decision-making is central to shaping your treatment

Following the appointment, you will receive a personalised herbal prescription tailored to your individual needs and preferences. as part of your treatment plan. This will be posted out to you soon after your appointment. Remedies may be provided in a range of formats, such as herbal teas, tinctures, capsules or tablets, powders, or topical creams. We will discuss the options together during your appointment as well as discussing customised dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help support your recovery and overall wellbeing.
You will only be charged once for this initial consultation, and after that, you’ll have the option to choose from a long or standard follow-up appointment this option remains available even if you return many years later!
Additionally, I will reach out to you after a week or two (typically by email/phone which ever is suitable) to check in on how you're responding to the treatment and provide an opportunity for you to express any concerns reactions or questions you may have.
Follow up Appointment Usually occurs at 2-4 week intervals as required.
The length of your follow-up appointment will be based on your current treatment progress. If it has been a while since your last appointment a longer session maybe recommended. Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to review how you are responding to your herbal prescription and to make any necessary changes. It also allows us to discuss any new health issues, or go over anything that was not discussed during your initial consultation.

Herbal medicines work by supporting your body’s natural healing processes returning your body to to a state of health. The time it takes to notice changes can vary depending on how long the condition has been present, as well as your body’s natural healing pace.
How often will I need to see a herbalist?
The number of consultations needed can vary depending on the condition some people may require two or three sessions, while others may benefit from additional or ongoing support. Most people notice positive changes after their initial herbal prescription, with more significant shifts becoming clear within three months. My approach focuses on giving you the knowledge and confidence to understand your condition and make the dietary and lifestyle adjustments that will support your return to better health.
Is it just about the herbs?
Not at all. It's all about you. Each treatment is personalised and comes as part of a holistic plan that includes not only herbal remedies, but also guidance on diet and lifestyle. Our work begins with understanding where you are, taking your individual needs and circumstances into account, and always without judgment. Occasionally, I may recommend supplements or other additions alongside your herbal medicine, and I can either provide these or suggest where to find them. Since plants play a significant role in our daily nutrition, small changes and additions can make a notable impact on our overall health. I view it as a partnership between you, your medical herbalist and the healing power of plants.
