Payment Information/ Cancellations policy
Consultations An invoice will be sent to you after you make your appointment which must be settled 24hrs before your appointment with my bank transfer information (BACS).
Herbal prescriptions An invoice will be sent after each appointment with my bank transfer information (BACS). Once payment is received your herbal prescription will be dispatched.
Cancellation Policy I kindly ask that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee will be charged. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead won't incur any charge.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment it will still finish at it’s scheduled time. Should there be insufficient time remaining to provide a safe and effective treatment, we may need to reschedule. In such cases, the full fee will still apply, and a new appointment can be arranged.
Appointment Reminders A reminder email will be sent the day before your appointment as a courtesy. Please note that keeping track of appointments remains the responsibility of the patient.
